Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower with Red Rice, Dates, and Tahini
Tahini is a paste with a nutty, earthy flavor, made from ground sesame seeds, and most commonly whisked into dressings, sauces, or spreads. It is the perfect topper to this Mediterranean-inspired dish with dates, briny olives, and pine nuts.
